Slenora is a sleep analytics mobile application (the "App"). The App is developed and created by Ridith Shetty (the "Developer"), a minor, and is legally published, operated, and represented by his parent and legal guardian, Santhosh Shetty (the "Publisher"), based in India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when users access or use the App.
By creating an account, signing in, or using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. For the purposes of this policy, "we," "us," or "our" refers collectively to the Publisher and the Developer.

Important Privacy Note on Audio Data: Slenora utilizes device microphone access during active sleep tracking sessions solely to detect snoring and analyze sleep-related audio patterns. Raw microphone audio is processed strictly on-device in real-time. We do not transmit, stream, or store raw audio recordings on our servers or via Supabase.
Only the calculated, anonymous numeric results of the audio analysis (such as snoring intervals, duration, and summaries) are synchronized to your account database.
While raw audio data stays local to your device, your account profile details, calculated sleep analysis scores, statistics, custom notes, and sleep logs are securely processed and stored using Supabase infrastructure. This enables you to safely retrieve and review your historical sleep data across sessions or if you switch devices.
We use the data we collect for the following specific purposes:
Slenora relies on explicit user consent and lawful bases permitted under applicable legal frameworks (including relevant Indian data protection provisions) to process your data. Permissions like microphone access are strictly voluntary and requested dynamically inside the app with clear context before use.
We utilize Supabase as our core backend database and data storage service provider. Third-party providers process information strictly as necessary to support and maintain the computing infrastructure required by Slenora.
Slenora does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or marketers. Information may be disclosed only under the following limited conditions:
Account profiles and sleep metrics are retained for as long as your user account remains active to provide continuous access to your historical dashboard. If you request account closure, personal data will be wiped from active databases within a reasonable administrative timeframe, unless storage is required by legal or compliance obligations.
You retain complete control over your data. Users may request the permanent deletion of their account profile and all historical sleep analytics data at any time by contacting our team directly at slenora.app@gmail.com.
Slenora is designed for a general audience and does not explicitly market to or direct features toward children under the age of 13. Because the developer is a minor, the legal responsibilities and administration of this data architecture are completely managed under the oversight of the adult Publisher.
We implement standard, industry-accepted security protocols through Supabase to safeguard your information. However, please be aware that no modern electronic storage system or network transit protocol can be certified as 100% infallible, and absolute security cannot be fully guaranteed.
Slenora is built and operated out of India. If you use the app from regions outside of India, your information will be processed and securely stored in jurisdictions where our third-party infrastructure providers operate servers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to accommodate new app features or legal shifts. Any revisions become active immediately upon posting to this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly.
